Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) FCSS offers a multitude of programs and support services that enhance the lives and well-being of our residents. Our mission is to provide preventative programs which in turn will strengthen and develop healthy communities.
Some of the programs that FCSS offers are:

* Seniors Outreach * Home Alone/Babysitting Courses
* Child and Youth Empowerment Programs * Volunteer Recognition
* Newcomer Services * ESS – Emergency Social Services
* Information and Referral (Parenting Support, Income Support, etc.)
* Odyssey House Outreach Support Worker * Community Bus
* Coats for Kids * Volunteer Income Tax Program
* Christmas Hampers * Food Bank Intake

Please Note: FCSS does not provide direct financial assistance to sustain an individual or family i.e. provision of food, clothing, shelter or financial aid. These are ineligible for FCSS funding. Information & Referral Service is available.
