Beaverlodge offers an excellent environment for seniors. Complete health services are available, including an acute care hospital, 2 medical clinics, ambulance (EMS), a health unit, 2 dentists, 2 drugstores with pharmacy’s as well an optometrist.
Amisk Court is a residential seniors lodge with self-contained rooms for independent living. The Lossing Centre, a senior’s social club, is a busy place all year long.
Other services for seniors include: Community Outreach, grocery delivery, Lifeline, Community Bus, wellness clinics, home care, Alberta Aids for Daily Living and Seniors Independent Living.

Cannot file a return for a deceased person.) Home Support Program – light housekeeping, Meals on Wheels and senior specific preventative programming.

Box 30 Beaverlodge AB T0H 0C0 The Town of Beaverlodge Community bus runs every Monday and Wednesday to Grande Prairie for appointments and shopping and is open for ANY resident to ride. When booking appointments in GP, please book between 11am and 1pm. You must pre-register to ride the bus by calling 780-296-6944. The cost is $10 from Beaverlodge and $15 from Hythe (Village limits only). There are 3 pick-up locations in Beaverlodge and 2 in Hythe. LodgeLink runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am – 2pm. This is a door-to-door service in Beaverlodge and costs $5 for unlimited stops. To book a seat, call 780-296-6944.
