Beaverlodge is a great place to do business.

On September 6, 2022 Council passed the new Business Licence Bylaw #1017, if you are currently conducting business in Beaverlodge or are planning on opening a Business, please peruse the bylaw . 

Some changes to this bylaw are:

• Home Occupations – as per our Land Use Bylaw #1004 New home occupations are required to also complete a Development Permit. Development Permits for home occupations shall be valid for a period of one (1) year.  If no conflicts have arisen at that time, no additional development permits shall be required.
• Section 14 Cannabis Retail Store hours
• There are new requirements for Mobile Cooking Operations, please see Section 18 of the Business Licence Bylaw #1017
• There are new requirements for Private Child Care Provider’s, please see Section 21 of the Business Licence Bylaw #1017
