You may inspect or obtain a copy of the Development Permit Application at the Town office located at 400 10th Street.
If you object to any of the proposed developments, you have the right to appeal the Development Authority’s decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board prior to 5:00 p.m. within 14 days of approval notification being received by the applicant.
Any appeal of a permitted use is subject to the limitations set forth in Section 685(3) of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, including amendments thereto.
Your appeal, with the required $500.00 fee, must be submitted in writing containing the reason for the appeal and must be received prior to 5:00 p.m. of the appeal expiry date.
