The following development permits have been approved or conditionally approved under the provisions of the Town of Beaverlodge Land Use By-Law. For more information about these permits, call the Planning and Development Department at 780-354-2201 ext. 1011, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – noon or 1 – 5:00 p.m. to request additional information on a permit.

If you object to any of the proposed developments, you have the right to appeal the Development Authority’s decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board prior to 5:00 p.m. within 14 days of approval notification being received by the applicant.

Any appeal of a permitted use is subject to the limitations set forth in Section 685(3) of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, including amendments thereto.

Your appeal, with the required $100.00 fee, must be submitted in writing containing the reason for the appeal and must be received prior to 5:00 p.m. of the appeal expiry date.
