Near the end of July, Beaverlodge’s beloved roadside attraction, Justin Beaver, will be going under the knife—although thankfully, no actual beavers will be harmed during the procedure.

Justin will receive a much-needed refurbishment, including fresh protective coatings designed to shield his sensitive fur from the sun’s UV rays. The work will help restore his coat to its former glory and ensure he remains a proud community landmark for residents, travellers and visitors for years to come.

During the makeover, Justin and the surrounding attraction area will be temporarily inaccessible to the public. We appreciate everyone’s patience while the work is completed.

Once his makeover is complete, Justin will be refreshed, protected and ready to shine in countless selfies. After all, even a giant beaver deserves a little pampering now and then!
