Due to an error, a preauthorized payment for your property taxes may have been withdrawn from your bank account twice. This occurred because the payment file was mistakenly sent to the bank more than once.

We sincerely apologize for this error and any inconvenience it may have caused. Please be assured that we are currently working on refunding the duplicate payment back into your account as quickly as possible.

If this error has resulted in any additional charges from your financial institution, please contact the Town Office at 780-354-2201 or by email at taxes@beaverlodge.ca.

Proof of any additional charges will be required so we can address them accordingly.
