  3. If you are an agent applying on behalf of a client, include Form I – Designation of Authorized Agent.
  4. Any other related information that you think the subdivision authority will need to approve your subdivision.

Take notice that the following subdividing and /or rezoning applications have been received in accordance with the Town of Beaverlodge Land Use Bylaw No. 1004

SUBDIVISION & REZONING APPROVALS

Take notice that the following subdivision and/or rezoning application(s) have been approved in accordance with the Town of Beaverlodge Land Use Bylaw No. 1004.

If you object to any of the proposed subdivisions, you have the right to appeal the Development Authority’s decision to the Intermunicipal Subdivision and Development Appeal Board prior to 5:00 p.m. within 14 days of approval notification being received by the applicant.

Your appeal, with the required a fee, for the amount of the fee contact the Clerk at the County of Grande Prairie #1 office, your must be submitted in writing containing the reason for the appeal and must be received prior to 5:00 p.m. of the appeal expiry date.
