Beaverlodge is home to Canada’s most northerly Agriculture Research Station. A full-time staff focus on soil microbiology and biodiversity, soil fertility, soil physics and management, integrating cropping systems, plant pathology, canola breeding, entomology, and forage seeds and grass production. In addition, the apicurists are working on management and pathology of the honey bee.
